摘　　要：目的:研究针灸联合推拿对胃肠功能紊乱伴抑郁症患者的影响。方法:选择2020年4月-2021年5月在本院接受治疗的胃肠功能紊乱伴抑郁症患者94例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予推拿治疗,观察组以对照组为基础联合针灸治疗,两组患者均治疗3个疗程。观察治疗后两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者抑郁状态[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]变化及胃肠功能[餐后胃窦收缩幅度(P)、收缩频率(F)、运动指数(MI)]和血清肠胃激素[胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)、胃动素(MTL)]水平变化。结果:治疗后,观察组愈显率(82.98%)明显高于对照组(59.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组HAMD、SDS均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组P、F、MI及MTL水平均明显高于对照组,GAS和SS水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合推拿治疗胃肠功能紊乱伴抑制症是一种安全有效的治疗方法,可有效调节患者血清肠胃激素水平,从而显著改善其胃肠功能及抑郁状态,值得进一步推广。Objective:To study the effects of acupuncture combined with massage on gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with depression.Method:A total of 94 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction and depression who received treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given massage therapy,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture therapy based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 courses.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was observed.Compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment of depression status[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),depression self rating scale(SDS)]change and gastrointestinal function[postprandial distal gastric contraction amplitude(P),contraction frequency(F),the movement index(MI)]and serum gastrointestinal hormone[gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS),motilin(MTL)]level changes.Result:After treatment,the markedly effective rate in the observation group(82.98%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(59.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of HAMD and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of P,F,MI and MTL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of GAS and SS were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction with inhibition is a safe and effective treatment method,which can effectively regulate the level of serum gastrointestinal hormone in patients,thus significantly improve the gastrointestinal function and depressive state of patients,which is worthy of further promotion.
