摘　　要：重症超声是在重症医学理论指导下运用超声技术,对重症患者进行多目标整合的动态评估。近年来,重症超声已经在重症医学科(intensive care unit,ICU)多个领域得到迅速的发展。感染性休克患者病情严重,是目前ICU患者主要的死亡原因。重症超声作为一种无创、有效、可重复进行的检查方法,对该疾病的诊断、治疗及病情变化的判断有着重要的作用。本文对重症超声在感染性休克患者中诊断、监测和治疗作用进行综述,以期能够更深入认识和理解重症超声的价值。Severe ultrasound is a dynamic evaluation of multi-objective integration of critical care patients using ultrasound technology under the guidance of critical care medical theory.In recent years,critical ultrasound has been developed rapidly in many fields of intensive care unit(ICU).The severity of septic shock is the main cause of death in ICU patients.As a non-invasive,effective and repeatable method,severe ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and judgment of the changes of the disease.This article reviews the diagnostic,monitor and therapeutic effects of severe ultrasound in septic shock patients in order to gain a better understanding of the value of severe ultrasound.
