摘  要:为探究提苗肥对井窖移栽烤烟生长的影响,并确定合适的提苗肥种类,开展了不同类型提苗肥对烤烟生长的影响试验。结果表明,提苗肥对烤烟生长有影响,以施硝酸钾60 kg/hm^(2)+磷酸氢二铵39 kg/hm^(2)处理效果最佳,该处理烤烟株高在团棵期平均达到21.1 cm,较不施提苗肥对照增高10.47%;在圆顶期达到131.2 cm,高于其他处理;在圆顶期最大叶叶面积为1151.2 cm^(2),分别较施硝酸钾112.5 kg/hm^(2)和施磷酸氢二铵84 kg/hm^(2)处理增加10.70%和5.94%,较不施提苗肥对照增加13.11%。茎围及叶片数在各处理间差异不显著。以施硝酸钾60 kg/hm^(2)+磷酸氢二铵39 kg/hm^(2)处理的烟株赤星病发病率及病情指数均为最低(分别较不施提苗肥对照低19.91%和15.13%),常规化学成分协调性表现更好,总糖和还原糖表现适宜,糖碱比为9.99,属于优质烤烟水平。In order to explore the effect of seedling fertilizer on the growth of flue-cured tobacco transplanted from wellcellar,and determine the suitable types of seedling fertilizer,the experiment on effect of different types of seedling fertilizer on growth of flue-cured tobacco transplanted from well-cellar was carried out.The results showed that seedling fertilizer could affect the growth of flue-cured tobacco,and T_(2) treatment(potassium nitrate 60 kg/hm^(2)+diammonium hydrogen phosphate39 kg/hm^(2))had the best effect.The average plant height of flue-cured tobacco in T_(2) treatment reached 21.1 cm at the cluster stage,which was 10.47%higher than that in the control group(with no seedling fertilizer);and reached 131.2 cm at topping stage,which was higher than that of other treatments.The maximum leaf area of flue-cured tobacco in T_(2) treatment was1151.2 cm^(2) at topping stage,which was 10.70%and 5.94%higher than that in T_(1) treatment(potassium nitrate 112.5 kg/hm^(2))and T3 treatment(diammonium hydrogen phosphate 84 kg/hm^(2)),respectively,and was 13.11%higher than that in control.There was no significant difference in stem girth and leaf number among treatments.The incidence rate and disease index of brown spot in T_(2) treatment were the lowest,which were 19.91%and 15.13%lower than those in control group respectively.The coordination of conventional chemical components was better in T_(2) treatment,the total sugar and reducing sugar were suitable,and the sugar alkali ratio was 9.99,which belonged to the level of high-quality flue-cured tobacco.
