摘 要:为确保双护盾TBM在不良地质中遭遇卡机事故时能快速安全脱困,依托某引水隧洞工程,研究双护盾TBM在断层破碎带段及软岩大变形段遭遇的卡机事故原因以及采用超前大管棚支护、环形扩挖法的技术难点。结果表明:双护盾TBM在断层破碎带段采用超前大管棚支护及软岩大变形段采用环形扩挖法,均能解决卡机事故问题,使其成功脱困。研究结果可为类似TBM卡机脱困提供工程借鉴。In order to ensure that the double-shield TBM can release quickly and safely when encountering the jamming accident in poor geological condition,based on the Water Diversion Tunnel Project Shaanxi,through the analysis on the jamming accident in the construction of double-shield TBM,the jamming accident and its causes of double-shield TBM in the fault fracture zone section and large deformation section of soft rock in the Water Diversion Tunnel Project were studied,as well as the engineering treatment measures and technical difficulties of advanced large pipe shed support and annular expanding excavation method.The results showed that the double-shield TBM had good releasing effect of jamming when adopting the advanced large pipe shed support in fault fracture zone and the annular expanding excavation method in large deformation section of soft rock,which both successfully released.The research results can provide the engineering reference for the release of similar TBM jamming.
