摘　　要：脑卒中是常见的脑血管疾病,其发病率逐年攀升。眼针具有手法轻、取穴少、用针少、疗效较好等优势,广泛应用于脑卒中的治疗。本文通过检索近5年眼针治疗脑卒中相关文献,分别从眼针治疗脑卒中急性期及其并发症两方面进行探讨,发现眼针疗法能够改善脑卒中患者生活质量。同时指出目前研究存在的问题并对未来进行展望,以期为眼针治疗脑卒中及其并发症的临床及科研工作提供参考。Stroke is common cerebrovascular disease,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Eye acupuncture has been widely used in the treatment of stroke due to its advantages of light manipulation,less point retrieval,less use of needles,and better efficacy.By searching the literature of eye acupuncture for stroke research in the past 5 years,and reviewing it from the two aspects of eye acupuncture for stroke acute stage and its complications,respectively,found that eye acupuncture therapy can improve quality of life of stroke patients and has promising application prospect.At the same time,the current problems were pointed out and put forward,in the hope of providing some reference to the clinical and scientific work of eye acupuncture in the treatment of stroke and its complications.
