摘　　要：公共图书馆在全面建成小康社会进程中通过理念创新、制度创新、技术创新和服务创新贡献了独具特色的“中国方案”“中国经验”,具体体现为:以城市书房为代表的新型空间通过品质化、智慧化、体系化、社会化建设实现了基层公共阅读空间的划时代提升;“你选书我买单”将传统上以采访馆员为主导的资源采购模式转向以读者为主导的资源采购模式,真正做到“我的阅读我做主”,引发公共图书馆资源采购的中国变革;图书馆跨界合作以“阅读服务+”引领全民阅读新生态,彰显以制度优势实现公共阅读空间快速布局、纳入总分馆体系统筹协调、促进多元业态融合发展的中国路径;扫码看书听书、网上预约社区投递、图书转借、“书来书往”社会大藏书流通体系、信用服务等依托先进的互联网和物流技术,形成了互联网应用的中国引领;公共图书馆总分馆制在快速推进中呈现出政府主导、以县域为基本单元、体系开放包容、向基层专业化拓展延伸的中国特色。In the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,public libraries have contributed unique"Chinese solutions"and"Chinese experience"through conceptual innovation,institutional innovation,technological innovation and service innovation.The specific instances are as follows:new spaces represented by city studies upgrade the public reading spaces at the grass-roots level in terms of quality,smartness,system and public participation;"You choose the books,we pay the bills"Project shifts the traditional library acquisition dominated by acquisition librarians to the purchase driven by readers,achieving"My reading,my choice"and triggering the reform of public library resource acquisition in China;the cross-border cooperation marked by"reading program+"in the field of public libraries promotes the new reading ecology nationwide,highlighting the Chinese path of laying out public reading spaces quickly with institutional strengths,integrating them into the general-branch library system,boosting the integrated development of various businesses;scan the QR codes to read and listen,online reservation and community delivery,library loan transferring,social collection circulation system and credit services,relying on advanced Internet and logistics technologies,all demonstrate China's leading role in Internet applications.The rapid development of central branch system of public libraries led by the government features the county-level basic units,an open and inclusive system,and professional extension to the community level.
