摘 要:以堇青石、莫来石、高岭土和氧化铝为原料制备堇青石-莫来石质匣钵材料。用锂辉石细粉取代莫来石细粉,研究了锂辉石加入量对堇青石-莫来石质匣钵材料常温性能、高温抗折强度和抗热震性能的影响,并通过XRD和SEM分别对烧后试样进行了物相和显微结构分析。结果表明:锂辉石的加入有利于液相的生成,促进试样的烧结,气孔率降低,试样强度随锂辉石加入量的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势。当锂辉石加入量为4 wt%时,其常温抗折强度、耐压强度和高温抗折强度均达到最大,分别为14.12 MPa、103.24 MPa和11.65 MPa。试样残余强度随锂辉石加入量增加的变化趋势和常温强度变化趋势一致,残余强度保持率略为降低。Cordierite-mullite kiln furniture materials were prepared by using cordierite,mullite,kaoline and aluminum oxide as raw materials.Mullite powder was replaced by spodumene powder.The effects of spodumene additions on the performance of room temperature,high temperature flexural strength and thermal shock resistance of cordierite-mullite sagger materials were studied.XRD and SEM were used to analyze the phase transformation and the microstructure of fired samples respectively.The results show that:The addition of spodumene is conducive to the formation of liquid phase,promotes the sintering of the sample,and reduces the porosity;the strength of the sample increased first and then decreased with the increase of spodumene addition.When the addition amount of spodumene is 4 wt%,Its room temperature flexural strength,and compressive strength and high temperature flexural strength all reached the maximum,which are 14.12 MPa,103.24 MPa and 11.65 MPa respectively.The change trend of the residual strength of the sample with the increase of the spodumene addition is consistent with the room temperature strength,and the residual strength retention rate is slightly reduced.
