摘 要:从产品质量、工艺前期投入成本、生产运营成本等方面,对软质料与硬质料全部入磨工艺(全部入磨工艺,下同)与软质料化浆,硬质料入磨,再混合工艺(混浆工艺,下同)进行比较,研究发现两种工艺的产品成型质量相似,但混浆工艺在节能环保方面更具有优势。In this paper,from the aspects of product quality,early investment cost of process,production and operation cost and so on,the comparison between soft material and hard material into the grinding process(all into the grinding process,the same below)and soft material into the grinding,hard material into the grinding,remixing process(mixed pulp process,the same below)is made.It is found that the product forming quality of the two processes is similar,but the mixing process has more advantages in energy saving and environmental protection.
