锉削和锯削在钳工实际操作中的应用

摘　　要：锯削与锉削是钳工的基本技能。钳工操作水平的高低与身体动作、站立姿势等有着直接关系。分析了钳工在实际操作中发生锉削面不平、锯条折断、断面粗糙和工件歪斜等问题的原因,提出了提升钳工锉削与锯削水平的方法,并以燕尾配加工为例,对锯削与锉削的实际应用进行了分析。Saw and filing are the basic skills of fitters in practice.Its operation level is directly related to the body action,standing posture and other reasons.This paper briefly analyzes the reasons of uneven file surface and rough fracture and artifact tilt in the actual operation,points out the method to improve the level of fitter filing and saw,and analyzes the examples of swallow tail processing.
