摘　　要：在自动化生产线中应用磁感应传感器,主要工作原理为:利用磁场效应将活塞的行程转化为电信号;通过棕色信号线将电信号传递到PLC模块输入侧以提供控制信号;PLC模块根据输入信号运行PLC程序,由输出侧输出信号到电磁换向阀;根据PLC模块的输出信号,由电磁换向阀控制活塞的后续运动。磁感应传感器应紧贴气缸的头部和尾部,以保证舌簧开关的正常通断,否则就无法有效控制活塞的运动。The magnetic induction sensor uses the magnetic field effect to convert the stroke of the piston into electrical signals,and provides control signals for the input side of the PLC module through the brown signal line.The PLC module outputs signals to the electromagnetic directional valve according to the input side lifting signal and PLC program,and controls the subsequent movement of the piston.Magnetic induction sensors are attached to the head and tail of the cylinder to ensure the normal on-off of the reed switch.Otherwise the piston cannot effectively control the movement of the piston.
