摘  要:目的:观察低频电针联合推拿对慢性腰痛(CLBP)患者疼痛及功能的短期效果。方法:将收治的60位CLBP患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组采用低频电针结合推拿治疗,对照组则单独给予电针治疗。两组每周治疗2次,共持续2周。对比两组治疗前后疼痛数字评分法(NRS)、功能障碍评分(ODI),临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后NRS、ODI评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);实验组治疗后NRS评分、ODI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:低频电针与推拿联合应用,可提高CLBP患者的短期治疗效果。Objective:Observe the short-term clinical efficacy of low-frequency electropuncture combined with massage on pain and function in patients with chronic low back pain(CLBP).Methods:The 60 CLBP patients recruited were divided into experimental and control groups according to randomized digital tables,with 30 each.The experimental group was treated with low-frequency electropuncture combined with massage,while the control group was treated with electropuncture alone.The two groups were treated twice a week for a total of 2 weeks.The numeric rating scale score(NRS)before and after treatment,The dysfunction score(ODI),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the NRS and ODI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the NRS score and ODI score of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of low-frequency electropuncture and massage can improve the short-term effects.
