摘　　要：为推动节约型机关建设,完善节能减排约束性指标,强化标准约束力,促进中央和国家机关降耗提效,《中央和国家机关能源资源消耗定额》应运而生,实行能源资源消耗定额成为基层央行做好能源资源节约和生态环境保护工作的重中之重。本文结合吉林省人民银行系统实际,从阐述能源资源消耗定额意义出发,着重分析了实行能源资源消耗定额过程中面临的挑战,并提出了相应的对策建议。In order to promote the construction of energy-saving institutions,improve the binding indicators for energy conservation and emission reduction,strengthen the binding force of standards,and promote the central and state agencies to reduce consumption and improve effi ciency,the"Central and State Agency Energy Resource Consumption Quotas"came into being.Therefore,energy resource consumption quotas were implemented.Become the top priority of the grassroots People's Bank for energy conservation and ecological environmental protection.Based on the actual situation of the People's Bank of Jilin Province,this article sets out from explaining the meaning of energy resource consumption quota,focusing on the analysis of the challenges faced in the implementation of energy resource consumption quota,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
