摘 要:为了研究网架结构在悬挂吊车荷载作用下的受力特点,对某网架结构在不同吊车运行工况下的应力响应进行了现场实测和有限元模拟。结果表明,吊车运行对腹杆受力影响最为显著,杆件的应力变化与吊车行驶位置和吊车吊重之间存在明显的线性变化关系;吊车刹车作用以及邻跨吊车运行对被测杆件受力影响较小;考虑重物起吊和卸载对杆件受力的影响时,建议其作用放大系数取1.4;给出了吊车运行荷载的简化模拟方法,能较好地反映悬挂吊车对网架结构的荷载作用,模拟值与实测值吻合较好。随后,考虑悬挂吊车使用吨位的增大,模拟得到了吊重增加后网架结构杆件在吊车荷载作用下的应力变化曲线。研究成果将为研究和编制网架结构在悬挂吊车作用下的疲劳载荷谱提供数据支撑和参考依据。In order to study the stress characteristics of the grid structure under the actions of the suspended crane load,the stress responses of a grid structure under different crane operating conditions were measured in situ and simulated by finite element method.The results indicate that the actions of crane have a significant influence on the stress of the web rods,where the relationship between the stress change of rods and the location and lifting weight of crane is linear;the effect of braking actions of crane and the operations of adjacent crane on the stress of monitored rods was relatively small;the amplification factor of 1.4 was suggested to consider the impact of lifting and unloading on the stress of the rods;a simplified method was proposed to simulate the actions of crane operation,which can reflect the load effect of the suspension crane on the grid structure,and the theoretical values of which were in good agreement with monitoring data.Then,considering the increase of crane tonnage,the stress change curves of the rods under the crane loadings after increasing the lifting weight were obtained using numerical simulation.The results of this paper provide data support and reference for the fatigue load spectrum compilation of grid structures under the actions of suspension cranes.
