摘  要:为了研究壬基酚聚氧乙烯(4)醚(OP-4)-癸烷-H_(2)O乳液体系的稳定机理,采用小幅低频振荡法研究了(OP-4-癸烷)/H_(2)O界面膜的扩张黏弹性及OP-4浓度、温度、水相酸碱性对界面膜的扩张黏弹性的影响,讨论了乳液体系界面膜弹性模量ε_(r)与乳液稳定性的关系。结果表明:OP-4在癸烷/H_(2)O界面形成的界面膜是弹性的,其弹性模量随着OP-4浓度的增大而增大,随温度的升高而减小,水相为碱性时界面膜的弹性模量最大,为纯水时次之,为酸性时界面膜的弹性模量最小。界面膜的弹性模量大不利于W/O(油包水型)乳液的形成和体系稳定性。In order to understand the stability mechanism of Nonylphenol Polyoxyethylene(4)ether(OP-4)-decane-H_(2)O emulsion system,the dilational viscoelasticity of interfacial film of OP-4-decane-H_(2)O system was studied by oscillating barriers method,the major factors such as OP-4 concentration,temperature and the acidity and alkalinity of aqueous on dilational viscoelasticity was also investigated.Meanwhile,the relationship between elastic modulusε_(r) and emulsion stability of OP-4-decane-H_(2)O emulsion were also discussed.Results show that the interface film of(OP-4-decane)/H_(2)O is elastic,the elasticity modulus increases with the increasing of OP-4 concentration,but decreases with the increasing of temperature.When the aqueous phase is alkaline,the modulus reaches its maximum value,followed by that of pure water.The modulus shows the minimum when the aqueous phase is acidic.The high elastic modulus of the(OP-4-decane)/H_(2)O interface film is not conducive to the formation of W/O emulsion and the stability of the system.
