摘 要:为了获得滚动活塞压缩机动态径向间隙的影响因素,根据曲轴所受载荷,采用步进法联立求解曲轴轴心运动方程和Reynolds方程获得曲轴轴心轨迹,由压缩机各部件配合关系得到动态径向间隙。对比分析了不同轴承间隙、转速、粘度、轴承装配位置、曲轴启动位置、变转速时的曲轴轴心轨迹和动态径向间隙。研究发现:压缩机启动或变速阶段,曲轴转速变化和启动位置对动态径向间隙有明显影响,压缩机稳态运转阶段,对动态径向间隙的影响由强到弱依次为:轴承装配位置,轴承间隙,转速,粘度。其中转速和粘度的影响比较接近。This research aims to obtain the influencing factors of the dynamic radial clearance of the rolling piston compressor.According to the load on the crankshaft,the stepping method is used to simultaneously solve the crankshaft axis motion equation and the Reynolds equation to obtain the crankshaft axis center orbit,and the dynamic radial clearance is obtained from the matching relationship of the compressor components.The axis center orbit of the crankshaft and the dynamic radial clearance under different bearing clearance,speed,viscosity,bearing assembly position,crankshaft starting position,speed change are compared.The study finds that during the compressor start or shift phase,the crankshaft speed change and start position have a significant effect on the dynamic radial clearance.In the steady state operation stage of the compressor,the influence on the dynamic radial clearance from strong to weak is as follows:bearing assembly position,bearing clearance,speed,and viscosity.Among them,the influence of speed and viscosity is relatively close.
