试论提高新时代党员理论学习质量的途径

摘　　要：始终重视理论学习、坚持理论联系实际是我们党的光荣传统和独特优势。新时代提高党员干部理论学习的质量,要强化理论学习的五种属性:政治属性、责任属性、实践属性、制度属性、时代属性。要研究新形势下理论学习的特点规律,把握好提高理论学习质量的基本路径。It is an honorable tradition and unique advantage of the CCP to always attach great importance to theoretical studies,and insist on integrating theory with practice.To improve the quality of the theoretical studies of Party cadres in the new era,we need to strengthen the five kinds of awareness in theoretical studies:awareness of politics,awareness of responsibilities,awareness of practices,awareness of the social institutions,and awareness of the times.It is necessary to know the characteristics and principles of theoretical studies under the new situation,and grasp the basic approaches in order to improve the result of theoretical studies.
