摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘方法分析与总结以中药方剂内治法治疗硬皮病的组方用药规律。方法:检索国家知识基础设施数据库、中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库中关于硬皮病的中医治疗文献,筛选符合纳入标准的医案,提取中医诊断、治法、方药等信息,标准化处理后,运用现代数理统计方法,分析用药规律。结果:筛选出69篇文献,纳入101则有效医案,分析医案中的常用药物与药对出现的频次,以及常用药物之间的关联性,得到16个由3~5味药物组成的核心组合及8个新方。结论:目前中医辨治硬皮病常用黄芪、当归、桂枝等温补药及鸡血藤、丹参等活血药,组方加减具有明显的规律性,可为临床治疗、遣方用药及新药研发等提供理论依据。Objective:To analyze and summarize the rules of prescriptions for the treatment of scleroderma with Chinese medicine prescriptions based on the data mining method.Methods:Literature on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of scleroderma in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Science Periodical Database,and Chinese Citation Database was searched to select medical records that meet the inclusion criteria,extract TCM diagnosis,treatment,prescriptions and other information.After standardization,modern mathematical statistics was used to analyze medications rules.Results:A total of 69 literatures were screened and 101 effective medical records were included.The frequency of occurrence of commonly used drugs and drug pairs in medical records and the correlation between commonly used drugs were analyzed,and 16 core combinations composed of 3 to 5 drugs and 8 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:At present,TCM is commonly used to treat scleroderma such as Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Ramulus Cinnamomi and other warm tonics,as well as Caulis Spatholobi,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and other blood-activating drugs.The addition and subtraction of prescriptions has obvious regularity,which can provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment,prescription medication and new drug research and development,etc.
