基于关联规则和因子分析的丹参外用规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于关联规则和因子分析探讨丹参用药配伍规律。方法:以“丹参外用”为主题,在国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)高级检索界面进行“全文”检索,使用Excel、SPSS统计软件,对其进行频数分析、关联规则分析和因子分析。结果:在纳入标准的180首组方中,单味中药除丹参外,当归、黄柏和白芷出现频率最高;性味统计中,寒、温,苦、甘、辛最为常见;归经中肝经、心经、肺经最为常见;主治疾病共统计有44种,以痤疮、妇科疾病、烧烫伤疾病居多。关联规则分析中得到关联强度最高的药对组合9组。因子分析中提取9个主成分,因子累计贡献率共53.50%。结论:将丹参在临床治疗资料进行整合分析,挖掘中药潜在配伍规律,为指导临床用药及新处方研发提供了依据。Objective:To explore the compatibility rules of Salvia miltiorrhiza based on association rules and factor analysis.Methods:With the theme of“Salvia miltiorrhiza for external use”,we performed a“full text”search on the advanced search interface of CNKI,and using Excel and SPSS statistical software to frequency Analysis,association rule analysis,and factor analysis.Results:Among the 180 prescriptions included in the standard,except for Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Cortex Phellodendri,and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae appeared the most frequently in single-flavor Chinese medicines;pungen,sweet,swee,warm and cold were the most common in property and flavour statistics;liver meridian,heart meridian and lung meridian were the most common;there were 44 kinds of clinical common diseases in TCM,with acne,gynecological diseases and burns the most.In the analysis of association rules,9 groups of drug pair combinations with the highest association strength were obtained.In the factor analysis,9 principal components were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate of the factors was 53.50%.Conclusion:The clinical analysis of Salvia miltiorrhiza in clinical treatment data was integrated to explore the potential compatibility of Chinese medicinal,and to provide a basis for guiding the development of clinical medicine and new prescriptions.
