摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药降尿酸(UA)理论思路和用药规律,从临床实际用药出发为开发降UA复方或单味中药提供思路。方法:收集整理具有降UA功效报道符合纳入标准的中药复方,对其用药规律及单味药成分进行分析。结果:收集符合条件的中药复方185首,相关研究报道最多的依次为四妙散(丸)、桂枝芍药知母汤、当归拈痛汤(丸)等;共使用中药218味,使用频次最多的分别是土茯苓、薏苡仁、牛膝等;从使用较多的10味中药中找到与降UA相关或有潜在降UA可能的活性成分53种。结论:中医药降UA以清热利湿配合活血化瘀及顾护脾胃之品为主。无论是从传统中医理论还是现代药理学研究,都可以证实中医药在降UA方面有着良好的效果和广阔的前景,值得深入挖掘推广。Objective:To investigate the theoretical thinking and medication rules of TCM for reducing uric acid.Starting from the actual clinical use of drugs,it provides ideas for the development of UA-lowering compound or single Chinese medicinals.Methods:Chinese medicine compound with uric acid-lowering efficacy report and the inclusion criteria was collected.The medication rules and single-medicine ingredients were analyzed.Results:A total of 185 Chinese medicine compound were selected,and the most relevant research reports were Si Miao San(Pills),Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction,Danggui Niantong Decoction(Pills),etc.A total of 218 flavors of Chinese medicinals were used,and the most frequently used ones are:Poria,Semen Coicis,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,etc.From the more used 10 Chinese medicines,53 kinds of active ingredients related to uric acid reduction or potential uric acid lowering were found.Conclusion:TCM for lowering UA is based on clearing away heat and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and protecting the spleen and stomach.Whether it is from TCM theories or modern pharmacological studies,it can be confirmed that TCM has good effects and broad prospects in reducing UA,and it is worthy of in-depth exploration and promotion.
