摘  要:为寻求一种高效、安全的方法以在受限空间内进行大型支铰装置的整体安装,在溪洛渡水电站超大弧形闸门支铰装置整体安装中,依据杠杆力矩平衡原理实现了一次性吊装成功。该方法降低了成本,缩短了建设工期,降低了高空作业风险,使安装精度得到保障。实践表明:对于那些重量较大、结构不规则、吊装环境不理想、需要高空调整安装角度的大型构件吊装,该方法高效简便,具有良好的社会和经济效益,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。The device is successfully lifted at one time according to the principle of lever moment balance in order to find an efficient and safe method to solve the overall installation of large hinge device in the restricted space during the integral installation of super-large arc gate hinge device of Xiluodu Hydropower Station.The cost is reduced,the construction period is shortened,and the risk of working at height is reduced according to the method,thereby ensuring the installation accuracy.The practice shows that the method is efficient and simple with excellent social and economic benefits for the hoisting of large components with large weight,irregular structure,unsatisfactory hoisting environment and the need to adjust the installation angle at height.It can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
