摘  要:为复核泄流能力,测验泄水建筑物水力学指标,观测水流流态,论证泄洪建筑物整体设计方案及下游消能防冲措施的合理性,通过台阶溢洪道与锥形阀泄放管泄洪消能水工模型试验,对其水力特性进行了研究分析,并提出优化建议。试验结果表明:下游采用短护坦接二道坝、护岸不护底的型式,消能效果好;台阶溢洪道沿程水流掺气充分,消能率随单宽流量的增大而减小;锥形阀泄放管消能率随着流量增加而提高。采用台阶溢洪道与锥形阀泄放管联合泄洪消能的布置形式,结构简单、消能率高、运行灵活,可为类似工程设计与试验研究提供参考。The hydraulic characteristics are analyzed,and optimization suggestions are put forward to review the discharge capacity,test hydraulic indicators of drainage buildings,observe the flow regime,demonstrate the rationality of flood discharge building overall design scheme and the downstream energy dissipation scour prevention measures through the flood discharge energy dissipation hydraulic model test of the step spillway and conical valve discharge pipe.The test results show that the types of short apron connected with auxiliary weir and bank protection without bottom protection are adopted in the downstream area,and the energy dissipation effect is excellent.The step spillway is fully aerated along the flow path.The energy dissipation rate is decreased with the increase of single width flow rate.The energy consumption rate of the conical valve discharge pipe is increased with the increase of flow rate.The layout of step spillway and conical valve discharge pipe is adopted with simple structure,high energy consumption rate and flexible operation,which can provide reference for similar engineering design and experimental study.
