摘 要:本文介绍了云南省用水统计调查方法及其历史变革,通过社会统计法,采用统计加估计的方法推算2020年度全省取用水量,并对农业、工业、生活和生态各类别用水量及年度用水总量合理性以及名录库的覆盖效果及用水户填报效果进行了分析,由此检验云南省用水统计调查制度的可行性,并针对云南省用水统计调查制度的实施提出了相应的问题与建议。可为其他地区实施用水统计调查制度提供参考。This paper introduces the statistical survey method of water use in Yunnan Province and its historical changes,calculates the water consumption of the whole province in 2020 by using the method of statistics and estimation through social statistics,and analyzes the rationality of the water consumption of agriculture,industry,life and ecology and the annual total water consumption,as well as the coverage effect of the directory database and the effect of users’reporting,so as to test the feasibility of the statistical survey system of water use in Yunnan Province,and puts forward corresponding problems and suggestions for its implementation.It can provide reference for other regions to implement water use statistical investigation system.
