摘 要:涡轮式气流分级机分级精度和分级效率一直不高,内部结构是影响分级的关键因素。为此,基于气流运动轨迹方程设计了直导风、L形和对数螺旋线等3种结构的导风叶片。运用ANSYS-Fluent 15.0对3种不同结构导风叶片及无导风叶片的涡轮式气流分级机内部流场进行了数值模拟,重点分析了环形功能区和转轮叶片间的流场规律。研究结果表明:有导风叶片结构的分级机内部流场稳定性明显优于无导风叶片结构的分级机内部流场,尤其在分级功能区表现明显;导风叶片结构能显著减少转轮周围漩涡的产生并降低湍动能强度,提高流场稳定性;在流场稳定性优化方面,对数螺旋线结构〉L形结构>直叶片结构>无叶片;对数螺旋线导风叶片对分级精度的提升优于L形导风叶片和直导风叶片,其粒度分布区间最窄。研究结果可为后续涡轮式气流分级机的优化设计提供一定的指导。Turbo-air classifiers have low classifying precision and efficiency,which are mainly resulted from its internal structure.In this study,based on the air flow trajectory equation,three structural types of guide vanes are designed including straight vane type,L-shape type and logarithmic spiral type.By use of ANSYS-Fluent 15.0,the internal flow fields of turbo-air classifiers with these three structural types of guide vanes and a turbo-air classifier without any guide vanes are numerically simulated,respectively,especially focusing on the flow fields between the annular functional areas and the runner vanes.The results show that the internal flow field stability of classifiers with guide vanes is much better than those without any guide vanes,which are particularly obvious in the classifying function areas.The vane structure could significantly reduce the generation of vortex around the runner,reduce the turbulent kinetic energy intensity and improve the stability of flow fields.In terms of flow field stability optimization,logarithmic spiral structure>L-shape structure>straight vane structure>no vane.Logarithmic spiral vanes have better performance in improving classifying precision than L-shape vanes and straight vanes,and their particle size distribution interval is the narrowest.The research results could provide some guidance for optimization of turbo-air classifiers.
