摘  要:在液固旋流器设计过程中,尺寸设计仍按经验方法,具有较强的主观性和随机性,且筒体尺寸与操作参数的内在联系仍不明确。为此,采用数值模拟和响应面分析的方法,对筒体直径与处理量之间的关系进行定性分析,建立了筒体直径与处理量的定量关系模型,并通过室内试验验证了模型的准确性。研究结果表明:旋流器处理量与筒体直径的平方和实际最大压降的0.5次幂成正比,与含砂质量分数成反比;影响旋流器分离效率的一次项因素中,筒体直径的影响最显著,其次为处理量,而含砂质量分数的影响最小;影响旋流器分离效率的二次项中,含砂质量分数的影响最显著,其次为处理量和筒体直径;建立的旋流器处理量、筒体直径和含砂质量分数与分离效率之间关系的经验公式,在低处理量条件下,公式计算结果与试验结果的相对误差在18%以内,满足工程要求。研究结果可为回灌流体除砂处理提供参考。In the design process of liquid-solid cyclone,the size design is still in accordance with the empirical method,which has strong subjectivity and randomness,and the internal relationship between the cylinder size and the operating parameters is still unclear.Therefore,the numerical simulation and response surface analysis method were used to qualitatively analyze the relationship between the cylinder diameter and the treatment capacity,and build the quantitative relationship model of cylinder diameter and treatment capacity;moreover,laboratory test was conducted to verify the accuracy of the model.The study results show that the cyclone treatment capacity is proportional to the square of the cylinder diameter and the 0.5 power of the actual maximum pressure drop,and inversely proportional to the mass fraction of sand;among the primary terms affecting the separation efficiency of cyclone,the influence of cylinder diameter is the most obvious,followed by treatment capacity,and the influence of sand mass fraction is the smallest;among the quadratic terms affecting the separation efficiency of cyclone,the influence of sand mass fraction is the most obvious,followed by treatment capacity and cylinder diameter;and the relative error between the calculation results obtained from the empirical equation of relationship of cyclone treatment capacity,cylinder diameter,sand mass fraction and separation efficiency and the test results is within 18%under the condition of low treatment capacity,which can meet the engineering requirements.The study results provide reference for sand removal treatment of reinjection fluid.
