摘 要:目前大庆油田有1.2万口抽油机井执行间抽制度,井下供液不足,采用常规游梁式抽油机举升严重影响油田的经济高效和节能降耗开发。鉴于此,结合现场采油工艺要求,研制了滚珠丝杠抽油机,并对关键技术进行了研究,完成样机的设计制造及整机室内和现场试验。该型抽油机能发挥滚珠丝杠结构紧凑、系统效率高和运行平稳等优势,无须预制基础,直接坐落在井口法兰。现场应用结果表明:与常规游梁式抽油机相比,该抽油机泵效提高了&87百分点,系统效率提高了3.23百分点,取得了良好的初期应用效果。研制的滚珠丝杠抽油机适用于抽汲参数小的低产油井,具有较高的推广应用价值。At present, 12, 000 rod pumped wells are implementing intermittent pumping system in the Daqing Oilfield, however, due to insufficient downhole feed flow, the use of conventional walking-beam pumping unit seriously affects the economic, efficient, energy saving and consumption reduction development of the oilfield. In view of this, combined with field oil production technology requirements, the authors developed a ball screw pumping unit, studied the relevant key technologies, and accomplished the design and manufacture of the prototype and the lab and field tests of the whole unit. This type of pumping unit can take full use of the advantages such as compact structure, high system efficiency and smooth operation of ball screw, prefabricated foundation is not required, and it can be directly set on the wellhead flange. Field application results show that compared with the conventional walking-beam pumping unit before the test, the pump efficiency of the pumping unit is improved by 8.87%, the system efficiency is improved by 3.23%, and initial good application effect is obtained;the pumping unit is suitable for stripper well with small swabbing parameters, and has high popularization and application value.
