结肠癌患者肿瘤浸润性树突状细胞在组织中的表达

摘　　要：探讨肿瘤浸润性树突状细胞(TIDC)在结肠癌患者组织中的表达。选取100例结肠癌患者,取结肠癌患者的结肠癌组织及癌旁组织为本次研究的活体标本,分析两种组织中TIDC的数量及主要组织相容性复合体Ⅱ(MHC-Ⅱ)和CD54阳性表达量的差异以及TIDC的表达与结肠癌患者临床病理特征的关系。与结肠癌组织相比,癌旁组织中的TIDC数量、MHC-Ⅱ和CD54的阳性表达量均显著增加(P<0.05),与中低分化的结肠癌患者相比,高分化结肠癌患者肿瘤组织中TIDC的表达显著增加(P<0.05),与TNM分期为Ⅲ期的结肠癌患者相比,TNM分期为Ⅱ期的结肠癌患者中TIDC的表达、MHC-Ⅱ和CD54的阳性表达量均显著增加(P<0.05)。肿瘤直径不同的结肠癌患者肿瘤组织中的TIDC数量、MHC-Ⅱ和CD54的阳性表达量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,结肠癌患者TIDC在结肠癌组织中的表达下降,密度减少。The research explores the expression of tumor-infilatrating dendritic cells(TIDC)in tissues of patients with colon cancer.100 patients with colon cancer are selected,and colon cancer tissue and para-carcinoma tissue of patients with colon cancer are picked up as the living samples of the research.The number of TIDC,the difference of major histocompatibility complexⅡ(MHC-Ⅱ)and CD54 positive expression quantity,and the relationship between TIDC expression and clinicopathologic features of patients with colon cancer in two kinds of tissues are analyzed.Compared with colon cancer tissues,there is statistically significant increase in the number of TIDC in para-carcinoma tissue,and the positive expression of MHC-Ⅱand CD54(P<0.05).Compared with middle and poorly differentiated patients with colon cancer,there is statistically significant increase in the expression of TIDC tumor tissue,MHC-Ⅱand CD54 positive expression quantity in patients with colon cancer duringⅡTNM compared withⅢTNM(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in the number of TIDC,and the positive expression of MHC-Ⅱand CD54 in tumor tissue of patients with colon cancer with different tumor diameter(P>0.05).The results show that the expression of TIDC of patients with colon cancer in colon cancer tissue decreases,and the density reduces.
