重组人表皮生长因子凝胶在浅Ⅱ度烧伤及外伤创面中的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：分析重组人表皮生长因子凝胶在浅Ⅱ度烧伤及外伤创面中的疗效。选取50例浅Ⅱ度烧伤及外伤患者,用奇偶数法分为甲乙两组,每组各25例。甲组采用常规药物治疗,乙组采用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,对比两组治疗后的疼痛程度以及炎症反应,统计治疗效果。在VAS评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)上,乙组显著低于甲组(P<0.05)。在创面愈合时间、色素沉着以及愈合率上,乙组显著优于甲组(P<0.05)。重组人表皮生长因子凝胶用于浅Ⅱ度烧伤及外伤患者的治疗效果显著,对于疼痛程度以及炎症反应的改善具有促进作用,且疗效确切。The research analyzes the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel on superficial second degree burns and traumatic wounds.50 patietns with the superficial second degree burns and traumatic wounds are selected,and they are divided into group A and group B according to odd even method,with 25 patients in each group.Group A receive routine medicine treatment,and group B receive recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel treatment.Pain degree and inflammatory response after treatment of two groups are compared,and treatment effect is counted.VAS score,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αof group B are significantly lower than group A(P<0.05).Traumatic wound time,hyperpigmentation and healing time of group B are significantly better than group A(P<0.05).There is significant effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel on superficial second degree burns and traumatic wounds.It has promotion function on the improvement of pain degree and inflammatory response,with exact curative effect.
