摘　　要：通过对GE350MW亚临界汽轮机启动分析,对机组启动过程中出现的缸胀缓慢问题分别从转子预暖、腔室预暖、冲转速率及暖机时间等方面提出了运行调整策略,达到降低机组寿命损耗、提高预暖效果、缩短启动时间的目的。Through the analysis of GE350MW subcritical steam turbine,the research proposes the traffic regulation strategies of slow cylinder expansion problem during units start-up from the following aspects,including rotor warm,cylinder warm,impulse starting rate and turbine heating time,etc,to reduce the life loss of units,improve warm effect,and reduce start time.
