摘　　要：为加强电子政务效能监察的科技创新,实现科学技术与政府治理的融合发展,推进效能建设创新,提高行政效能,转变工作作风,指出了我国在政务服务效能方面存在的问题,分析了加强电子政务效能建设的重要意义,提出了实现电子政务效能监察科技管理的对策:用科技夯实政务网络基础,用科技建设效能电子监察,用科技构建公共监督体系,推进服务型政府建设,推动国家治理现代化。In order to strengthen the scientific innovation of efficiency supervision of e-government,achieve the integration development of scientific technology and government governance,promote efficiency construction innovation,promote administrative efficacy,and transform work style,the research found out the problems in the service efficiency of government administration,analyzes the significance of the efficiency construction of e-government,and points out the countermeasures of technological management of efficiency supervision of e-government.It is suggested to lay foundation for government administration network,construct efficient electronic supervision,and build public supervision system through science and technology,promote service government construction and national governance modernization.
