摘　　要：目的探讨实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)在评估复发性流产(RSA)患者子宫内膜容受性的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月~12月于潍坊医学院附属医院就诊RSA患者48例为RSA组,选取同期在本院就诊的已生育且既往无自然流产病史的育龄期妇女50例为对照组。收集两组受试者的年龄、体质指数(BMI)、检测激素水平,并于种植窗期收集受试者子宫内膜厚度以及内膜平均弹性模量值(Emean)。结果两组受试者年龄、体质指数(BMI)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平及子宫内膜厚度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RSA组子宫内膜Emean值高于正常对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Emean值诊断RSA患者ROC曲线下面积为0.860,灵敏度和特异度分别为65.0%和90.0%。结论SWE对RSA患者子宫内膜容受性具有一定的诊断价值,但仍需进行更加深入的总结。Objective To investigate the application value of shear wave elastography(SWE)for the assessment of endometrial receptivity of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods 48 RSA patients(RSA group)and 50 women of childbearing age with delivery history and without spontaneous abortion history(control group)from affiliated hospital of weifang medical university were enrolled from January to December 2020.Intergroup comparisons were made in terms of mean age,BMI and hormone levels.Endometrial thickness and endometrial mean modulus of elasticity(Emean)were collected during the implantation window period.Results There were no significant differences in age,BMI,progesterone,estradiol and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean modulus of elasticity of endometrium in the RSA group was higher than that in the normal control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ROC curve was applied to determine the predictive values of Emean for diagnosing RSA.The AUC of the endometrial volume was 0.860.Conclusion SWE has a certain prediagnostic value for endometrial receptivity in RSA patients,but further research is necessary.
