CTA对股骨头与旋股内侧动脉供血关系的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CTA对股骨头与旋股内侧动脉供血关系价值。方法选取我院CTA检查患者86例,将CTA资料导入AW4.5工作站进行分析。结果本组86例患者,起源于股深动脉157侧,起源于股动脉15侧;螺旋型33侧,迂曲型100侧,平直型39侧;管径最大均值(2.24±0.18)mm,最小均值(2.14±0.11)mm;118侧由旋骨内侧动脉先发出,42侧由旋骨外侧动脉先发出,12侧为旋骨内外侧同一平面发出;左侧内深比(0.48±0.11),右侧内深比(0.42±0.08),左侧内占颈比(0.85±0.21),右侧内占颈比(0.82±0.05);左侧跨股骨颈上下连线及股骨头分支数量(1.45±0.09)条,右侧分支数量(1.81±0.06)条。结论旋股内侧动脉走行与旋骨外侧动脉之间的关系复杂,经CTA检查可准确测得内深比以及内占颈比数值,辅助判断股骨头与旋股内侧动脉之间的关系。Objective To explore the relationship between femoral head and medial femoral artery blood supply by CT angiography.Methods A total of 86 patients who received CT angiography in our hospital were retrospectively selected,and the CT angiography data were imported into AW Volume Share4 AW4.5 workstation for analysis.Results It originated from 157 profunda arteries,15 femoral arteries,33 sides of spiral,100 sides of tortuous,and 39 sides of straight;The maximum and minimum diameter were(2.24±0.18)mm and(2.14±0.11)mm respectively.The 118-side was first emitted by the medial screw artery,the 42 side was first emitted by the lateral screw artery,and the 12-side was emitted by the same plane of the medial and lateral screw.Left internal depth ratio was(0.48±0.11),right internal depth ratio was(0.42±0.08),left internal neck ratio was(0.85±0.21),and right internal neck ratio was(0.82±0.05);There were(1.45±0.09)left upper and lower connections across femoral neck and femoral head branches,and(1.81±0.06)right branches.Conclusion The relationship between the passage of medial femoral artery and lateral femoral artery is complex.CT angiography can accurately measure the internal depth ratio and internal ratio to the neck,helping to judge the relationship between femoral head and medial femoral artery.
