摘  要:研究了用Fe_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)-H_(2)SO_(4)-O_(2)体系从某高铜金精矿中浸出铜,考察了各因素对铜浸出的影响。结果表明:在精矿粒度-38μm占97.2%、硫酸初始质量浓度100 g/L、Fe^(3+)质量浓度10 g/L、矿浆保温80℃条件下充氧气搅拌16 h,铜浸出率达97.82%,浸出渣中铜降至0.5%以下,浸出效果较好。Leaching of copper from a copper-bearing gold concentrate in Fe_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)-H_(2)SO_(4)-O_(2) system was studied.The results show that under the conditions of ore particle size of-38μm accounting for 97.2%,initial sulfuric acid mass concentration of 100 g/L,Fe^(3+)mass concentration of 10 g/L,pulp temperature of 80℃and stirring with oxygen for 16 h,the copper leaching rate reaches 97.82%,and the copper mass fraction in the leaching residue reduces to less than 0.5%.Copper is effectively leached.
