摘 要:研究了以N,N-二(2-乙基己基)硫代二甘酰胺酸(HDEHSDGA)为萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂,从硝酸溶液中萃取Th(Ⅳ),考察了接触时间、水相pH、萃取剂皂化度、温度对萃取的影响,探讨了HDEHSDGA对Th(Ⅳ)和Er(Ⅲ)的萃取分离效果。结果表明:水相pH高于1.0有利于HDEHSDGA萃取Th(Ⅳ);萃取反应为吸热反应,升高温度有利于反应进行;HDEHSDGA对Th(Ⅳ)和Er(Ⅲ)有很好的选择性,pH在2.0~2.2范围内,可以从Th(Ⅳ)和Er(Ⅲ)混合液中实现对Th(Ⅳ)的定量萃取分离。The solvent extraction of Th(Ⅳ)from nitric acid solution using N,N-di(2-ethylhexyl)thiodiglycolic acid(HDEHSDGA)as extractant and kerosene as diluent was investigated.The effects of contact time,aqueous phase pH,saponification degree of extractant and temperature on extraction of Th(Ⅳ)were examined.The extraction of Th(Ⅳ)and Er(Ⅲ)using HDEHSDGA were also studied.The results show that aqueous phase pH of higher than 1.0 is favorable for extraction of Th(Ⅳ).The extraction reaction is endothermic and higher temperature is favorable for the reaction.HDEHSDGA has good selectivity for Th(Ⅳ)over Er(Ⅲ).In the pH range of 2.0~2.2,the quantitative extraction of Th(Ⅳ)can be realized from mixture solution of Th(Ⅳ)and Er(Ⅲ).
