摘  要:研究了地浸铀矿山自动化和信息化融合问题,提出了解决方法:完善原有自动化系统,完善检测体系,设计树脂倒运中的料位和压力双重控制方法,提高运移效率。信息化系统设计中,通过分析数据信息查找多源异构性,研究数据预处理、数据存储与管理、数据分析与挖掘等解决多源异构数据的融合问题;将C/S与B/S模式相结合实现信息共享与交互;构建“分区分级、综合防护、纵深防御”安全防护体系。根据信息资源层级特点,设计开发了集现场层、控制层、管理层、信息决策层于一体的信息平台。通过自动化和信息化融合,实现了数据共享、业务协同,提升了决策和管理效率与质量。The integration of automation and information technology in in-situ leached uranium mine was studied,and the solutions were put forward:perfecting the original automation system,perfecting the detection system,and designing a dual control method for material level and pressure during resin reverse transportation to improve transportation efficiency.In the designed information system,the data information was analyzed to find multi-source heterogeneity,and the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion was solved by studying data preprocessing,data storage and management,data analysis and mining.C/S and B/S mode were combined to realize information sharing and interaction.Three levels classification,comprehensive protection,depth defense security protection system was builded.Based on the characteristics of information resource hierarchy,an information platform integrating site layer,control layer,management layer and information decision-making layer was designed.Through the integration design of automation and information technology,data sharing and business collaboration were realized,and the efficiency and quality of decision-making and management were improved.
