摘　　要：焦炉煤气净化系统采用真空碳酸钾法脱硫工艺,为了进一步去除煤气中的硫化氢,在此基础上增加1套干法脱硫装置,实际运行中出厂焦炉煤气硫化氢含量在0.05~0.07 g/m^(3)。根据生产实际情况,分析了运行成本,针对存在的问题提出了解决措施。The vacuum potassium carbonate process for COG desulfurization is adopted.Additionally,a set of dry desulfurization unit is built to further remove the H 2 S in gas.The actual operation shows that the H 2 S content in COG is between 0.05~0.07 g/m^(3).Based on actual production,this paper analyzes the operation cost and put forward solutions to the existing problems in operation.
