叠螺脱水机在生物污泥脱水中的应用

摘　　要：分析了带式压滤机在生物污泥脱水处理中的缺点,阐述了叠螺脱水机替代带式压滤机的可行性及污泥处理工艺改造,并对2种污泥脱水设备的运行效果进行了比较。实践证明,采用叠螺脱水机处理生物污泥是可行的。The disadvantages of the belt filter press in the dehydration treatment for coking biochemical sludge were analyzed.The feasibility and technological innovation of the stacked screw dehydrator replacing the belt filter press were explained.The operational performance of the two types of sludge dehydrators were also compared.The practice has proved that it is feasible to adopt the belt filter press for treatment of the coking biochemical sludge.
