摘 要:以辽宁省内5个制造业门类的创新型人才为样本,确定了由创新知识、创新技术、创新影响力、创新能力、创新动力和管理能力6个方面构成的辽宁制造业创新型科技人才竞争力指标体系,并以此为方向调研了辽宁制造业创新型科技人才竞争力的现状。研究发现:男性科技人才创新竞争力水平高于女性;受教育程度较高的创新型科技人才的竞争力水平亦较高;收入水平最低的科技人才创新竞争力水平高于收入水平最高的科技人才,中间两种收入水平人才的竞争力差异不显著。据此提出目标、对象、方式、评估机制4个方面构成的创新型科技人才竞争力提升路径。Taking innovative talents from 5 categories of manufacturing industry in Liaoning province as a sample,this article establishes an indicator system of innovative competitiveness which consists of six aspects:knowledge,skills,influence,abilities,motivation and management capabilities,and investigates the status quo of competitiveness of innovative technological talents in Liaoning manufacturing industry in this direction.Regarding the level of innovative competitiveness,the study finds out that male scientific and technological talents are higher than females;innovative scientific and technological talents with higher education level are also higher;technological talents with the lowest income level are higher than those with the highest income level;the difference between the two middle income level of talents is not obvious.Based on this,it proposes a path to improve the competitiveness of innovative scientific and technological talents in four aspects of target,object,way and evaluation mechanism.
