点阵激光联合维A酸软膏治疗皮肤淀粉样变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨点阵激光联合维A酸软膏治疗皮肤淀粉样变的临床效果。方法选取40例皮肤淀粉样变患者,对40例患者左胫前(观察组)和右胫前(对照组)分别采用点阵激光联合维A酸软膏和单独维A酸软膏治疗。比较两组有效率,并观察其治疗后2、4、6个月时的复发率及出现的不良反应。结果治疗4次后,观察组的有效率(85%)高于对照组(65%)(χ^(2)=4.267,P=0.039);治疗2、4、6个月后,观察组总复发率(25%)低于对照组(55%)(χ^(2)=7.500,P=0.006);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论点阵激光联合维A酸软膏治疗皮肤淀粉样病变疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the dot matrix laser combined with vitamin A ointment in the treatment of skin amyloidosis.Methods A total of 40 patients with skin amyloidosis were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group received dot matrix therapy combined with vitamin A ointment,while the control group received classic vitamin A ointment.The treatment index of the experimental group and the control group was recorded,and the effective rate of the two groups was compared.The recurrence rates at 2 months,4 months and 6 months after treatment were observed.Results After four treatments,the effective rate of the experimental group was 85%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(65%)(χ^(2)=4.267,P=0.039),the difference was statistically significant.The recurrence rate of 2,4 and 6 months after treatment was 25%in the experimental group and 55%in the control group(χ^(2)=7.500,P=0.006),and the difference was statistically significant.No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Dot matrix laser combined with vitamin A ointment is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of skin amyloidosis.
