临床药师医嘱审核在静脉药物集中配置中的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究在静脉药物集中配置中加强临床药师医嘱审核的作用。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月住院静脉用药医嘱3000份,作为对照组;另选取2019年7月-2020年12月加强临床药师医嘱审核后的住院静脉用药医嘱3000份,作为观察组。比较两组静脉不合理用药医嘱情况,统计静脉不合理用药医嘱分类以及医院对临床药师工作质量的评分。结果:观察组不合理用药医嘱43份(1.43%),对照组214份(3.57%);观察组静脉不合理用药医嘱分类占比显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医院对观察组工作质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在静脉药物集中配置中加强临床药师医嘱审核工作,可降低静脉不合理用药医嘱行为,提高用药安全性,有助于提升工作质量。Objective:To study the role of strengthening clinical pharmacist's medical order review in the centralized configuration of intravenous drugs.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,3000 in-patient intravenous medication orders were selected as the control group.In addition,from July 2019 to December 2020,3000 in-patient intravenous medication orders after the strengthened review of the clinical pharmacist's orders were selected as the observation group.We compared the two groups of irrational intravenous medication orders,the classification of irrational intravenous medication orders,and the hospital's scoring of the quality of clinical pharmacists'work.Results:The observation group had 43(1.43%)irrational medication orders,and the control group had 214(3.57%).The observation group had a significantly lower proportion of intravenous irrational medication orders than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital's work quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the review of clinical pharmacist's orders in the centralized configuration of intravenous drugs can reduce the behavior of irrational intravenous medications,improve the safety of medication,and help improve the quality of work.
