摘　　要：目的:探索社区医院高血压患者的临床用药效果。方法:选取2020年1-12月社区医院高血压患者90例,依照奇偶数法分为两组,各45例。对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗;试验组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后DBP、SBP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区医院高血压患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,能够取得显著的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the effect of clinical medication in patients with hypertension in community hospitals.Methods:From January to December 2020,90 patients with hypertension in community hospitals were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the odd and even number method with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets.The experimetnal group was treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The DBP and SBP levels of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of HDL-C was higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets for hypertensive patients in community hospitals can achieve significant therapeutic effects.
