心力衰竭患者应用左西孟旦与米力农治疗的效果对照分析

摘　　要：目的:比较左西孟旦与米力农治疗心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年12月收治心力衰竭患者96例,根据不同用药方案分为两组,各48例。试验组给予左西孟旦治疗;对照组给予米力农治疗。比较两组患者左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血清氨基末端脑钠钛前体(NT-proBNP)水平及治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后LVEDD、NT-proBNP水平明显低于对照组,LVEF水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭患者采用左西孟旦治疗后心功能改善情况及临床疗效均优于米力农。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of levosimendan and milrinone in the treatment of patients with heart failure.Methods:From February 2019 to December 2020,96 patients with heart failure were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different medication regimens with 48 cases in each group.The experimental group was given levosimendan treatment.The control group was given milrinone treatment.The left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),serum N-terminal brain sodium-titanium precursor(NT-proBNP)levels and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of LVEDD and NT-proBNP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the LVEF levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The heart function improvement and clinical efficacy of patients with heart failure receiving levosimendan treatment are better than those of milrinone.
