复方黄柏液辅助治疗外阴湿疹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方黄柏液辅助治疗外阴湿疹的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治外阴湿疹患者85例,随机分为两组。对照组给予盐酸非索非那定加新霉素氟轻松乳膏治疗;观察组在盐酸非索非那定加新霉素氟轻松乳膏基础上加用复方黄柏液治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状以及不良反应、复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周后瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮损颜色及肥厚程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外阴湿疹患者采用复方黄柏液治疗的效果显著,可有助于减少湿疹面积,降低疾病严重程度,改善瘙痒,减少复发率,具有良好的安全性。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of compound Huangbai liquid in the adjuvant treatment of vulvar eczema.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,85 patients with vulvar eczema were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride plus neomycin fluronol cream.The observation group was added with compound Huangbai liquid on the basis of fexofenadine hydrochloride and neomycin fluronol cream.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.The clinical efficacy,eczema area,pruritus degree score and other clinical symptoms,inflammation and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,pruritus degree score,skin area score,skin color score and hypertrophy degree score in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Huangbai liquid has a significant effect in the treatment of vulvar eczema,which is helpful to reduce the area of eczema,reduce the severity of the disease and the degree of itching,and reduce the recurrence rate,with good safety.
