摘　　要：目的:探讨超声检查在亚急性甲状腺炎诊断中的价值。方法:2017年1月-2021年3月收治亚急性甲状腺炎患者62例,所有患者均采用彩色多普勒超声仪检查。结果:62例患者超声检查均表现为不同程度的甲状腺回声降低,根据声像图特征分为轻型和重型,其中轻型21例(33.9%),重型41例(66.1%)。62例患者,经超声检查确诊56例,诊断符合率为90.3%,误诊6例,误诊率为9.7%;其中误诊为恶性甲状腺结节3例,桥本病3例。62例患者治疗后甲状腺厚度、宽度和甲状腺动脉收缩期血流速度与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院3个月随访结果与治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声检查是诊断亚急性甲状腺炎的重要方法,诊断符合率高,便于临床治疗后随访复查。Objective:To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2021,62 patients with subacute thyroiditis were selected.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.Results:All 62 patients showed varying degrees of thyroid echo reduction in ultrasound examination,and were classified into light and severe types according to the sonogram.21 cases were light type(33.9%)and 41 cases were severe type(66.1%).Of the 62 patients,56 were diagnosed by ultrasound,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 90.3%,6 were misdiagnosed,and the misdiagnosis rate was 9.7%.Among them,3 cases were misdiagnosed as malignant thyroid nodules and 3 cases were misdiagnosed as Hashimoto's disease.The thyroid thickness,width and thyroid artery systolic blood flow velocity of 62 patients after treatment were compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of follow-up at 3 months after discharge were compared with that after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound is an important diagnostic method for the diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis,with a high diagnostic coincidence rate,which is convenient for follow-up review after clinical treatment.
