摘  要:目的:探讨1.5T磁共振成像(MRI)快速动态扫描在女性盆腔脏器脱垂检查中的技术要点及图像质量保证的因素。方法:采用1.5T超导核磁共振仪对临床诊断盆腔脏器脱垂且进行POP-Q测量的患者52例进行矢状位动态快速扫描(TrueFISP)序列,重复Valsalva动作3次,选择获取患者最大用力屏气时宫颈阴道正中矢状位的影像。结果:52例患者图像质量均达到诊断要求,诊断前盆腔脏器脱垂50例,中盆腔脏器脱垂45例,后盆腔脏器脱垂41例。结论:检查前的充分准备、减少伪影、扫描序列的正确选择,是扫描成功的要素,同时也是提高脱垂度诊断准确性的关键。Objective:To explore the technical points and image quality assurance factors of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)rapid dynamic scanning in the examination of female pelvic organ prolapse.Methods:52 patients with pelvic organ prolapse and POP-Q measurement were measured by 1.5T superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance instrument,the sagittal dynamic fast scanning(TrueFISP)sequence was used to repeat Valsalva action for 3 times,and the images of cervical and vaginal midsagittal position when the patient held his breath with maximum force were selected.Results:The image quality of 52 patients met the diagnostic requirements,including 50 cases of anterior pelvic organ prolapse,45 cases of middle pelvic prolapse and 41 cases of posterior pelvic prolapse.Conclusion:Adequate preparation before examination,reducing artifacts and correct selection of scanning sequence are not only the elements of successful scanning,but also the key to improve the diagnostic accuracy of prolapse.
