摘 要:目的:探讨不同卵巢储备功能妇女体内激素水平及测定价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月门诊及住院治疗的女性患者,根据不同诊断类型分为育龄期组、超育龄期组、围绝经期组、卵巢功能早衰组及多囊卵巢综合征组,各12例。比较各组患者体内不同激素水平。结果:各组抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。育龄期组与超育龄期组卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);围绝经期组和卵巢功能早衰组FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。育龄期组、超育龄期组及多囊卵巢综合征组雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。育龄期组与多囊卵巢综合征组黄体生成素(LH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:AMH是评估卵巢储备功能更可靠和稳定的预测指标,能及早反映卵巢储备功能下降,预测卵巢功能衰退,同时可以指导最佳时间段的激素替代治疗和为高龄备孕妇女安排孕育做出规划。Objective:To explore the hormone levels in women with different ovarian reserve functions and their determination value.Methods:Female patients who visited the outpatient clinic and were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into reproductive age group,super reproductive age group,perimenopausal group,premature ovarian failure group and polycystic ovary syndrome group according to the different diagnosis types,with 12 patients in each group.The levels of different hormones in each group were compared.Results:There was significant difference in the levels of anti Mullerian hormone among the four groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between the childbearing age group and the super childbearing age group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in FSH level between the perimenopausal group and the premature ovarian failure group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of estradiol(E_(2))among the childbearing age group,the super childbearing age group and the polycystic ovary syndrome group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of luteinizing hormone(LH)between the childbearing age group and the polycystic ovary syndrome group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anti-Mullerian hormone is a more reliable and stable predictor for assessing ovarian reserve.It can reflect the decline of ovarian reserve and predict the decline of ovarian function,provide reliable laboratory evidence,and guide the best time for hormone replacement,make plans for arranging pregnancy for elder women who are preparing for pregnancy.
