循证护理对进展期胃癌根治手术患者的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在进展期胃癌根治手术患者中的应用效果。方法:2020年1月-2021年1月收治进展期胃癌患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组实施循证护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理用于进展期胃癌根治术患者中,可以减少术中出血量与并发症,缩短手术时间。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients undergoing radical operation for advanced gastric cancer.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,86 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group implemented evidence-based nursing.We compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the first time out of bed activity time,hospital stay,operation time,intraoperative bleeding and complication rate were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence based nursing for patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer can reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten operation time and reduce complications.
