老年急性脑卒中患者心律失常的急诊护理应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析为老年急性脑卒中合并心律失常患者开展急诊护理干预的临床效果。方法:2018年2月-2021年1月收治老年急性脑卒中合并心律失常患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。参照组给予常规性急诊护理;研究组给予系统性急诊护理。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组护理服务质量满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后SAS及SDS评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后左室射血分数及心脏指数均高于参照组,左室收缩末期内径低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后生活质量各项评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为老年急性脑卒中合并心律失常患者实施系统性急诊护理干预,能获得更好临床效果。Objective:To analyze the methods and clinical effects of emergency nursing intervention for elderly patients with acute stroke complicated with arrhythmia.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2021,102 elderly patients with acute stroke complicated with arrhythmia were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing.The study group was given systematic emergency nursing.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of nursing service quality in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after nursing,the left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac index were higher than those in the reference group,and the left ventricular end systolic diameter was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the scores of quality of life after nursing were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic emergency nursing intervention for elderly patients with acute stroke complicated with arrhythmia can obtain better clinical effect.
