社区综合管理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期治疗中的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期治疗中辅助应用社区综合管理的临床价值。方法:选取2020年1-12月社区处于稳定期的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组应用常规护理管理;观察组应用社区综合管理。比较两组护理管理效果。结果:观察组FVC、FEV_(1)及PEF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者治疗期间辅助应用社区综合管理模式,对于改善患者临床症状以及肺功能水平具有显著意义,患者满意度高。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of community integrated management in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From January to December 2020,102 elderly patients with COPD in stable stage in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing management.The observation group applied integrated community management.The effect of nursing management was compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of community integrated management in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has positive significance to improve the clinical symptoms and lung function level of patients,and the patient satisfaction is high.
