电池充放电测试仪充放电时间校准方法研究

摘　　要：本文对电池充放电测试仪的组成进行了简单介绍,并对其充放电时间校准的难点进行了分析。由函数/任意波形发生器、时间检定仪和适配器组成校准装置。采用直接测量法,用函数/任意波形发生器或时间检定仪输出的标准时间,对电池充放电测试仪的充放电时间进行校准,解决了充放电时间校准的难题。同时,对校准装置的不确定度进行了分析评定。研究和实践表明,本校准装置简单可靠、方便实用、满足量值传递要求,为电池的科研生产提供了计量保障。This article introduces simply the composition of the charge & discharge of battery tester, and analyses the difficulty of the charge and discharge time calibration.A calibration installation is established by function/arbitrary、time interval generator and adapter.The charge and discharge time is direct calibrated by the standard time for it to be generated by function/arbitrary or time interval generator, and a difficult problem of the charge and discharge time calibration is solved.At the same time, the uncertainty of calibration installation is evaluated.by research and practice, it shows that this calibration installation is simple、reliable、convenientand and practical, and the requirement of dissemination of quantity is fulfilled with it.
