摘 要:直流电焊机广泛应用于工矿、机械、核电等工业领域,是工业生产不可或缺的设备。焊接电源作为直流电焊机的重要组成部分,为整套焊接装置提供能量来源,其输出性能关乎焊接工艺和焊接质量。焊接电流作为直流电焊机焊接电源最为主要的计量参数,其准确度至关重要。在实际校准过程中,发现焊接电流输出的稳定性和校准时的环境温度均对校准结果产生较大影响。本文针对焊接电流的校准方法进行阐述并分析焊接电流输出的稳定性和校准时的环境温度对校准产生的影响,给出了相应对策。DC welding machines are widely used in industrial and mining, machinery, nuclear power and other industrial fields, and are indispensable equipment for industrial production.As an important part of the DC welding machine, the welding power supply provides an energy source for the entire welding device, and its output performance is related to the welding process and welding quality.Welding current is the most important measurement parameter of the welding power source of the DC welding machine, and its accuracy is very important.In the actual calibration process, it is found that the stability of the welding current output and the ambient temperature during calibration have a greater impact on the calibration results.This article describes the welding current calibration method and analyzes the stability of the welding current output and the influence of the ambient temperature during calibration on the calibration and gives corresponding countermeasures.
